ALL RETURNING MERRITT MINOR HOCKEY PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY JUNE 30, 2010
A 3 PAYMENT OPTION IS AVAILABLE BUT REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 30TH! LATE APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PENALTY AND EACH APPLICATION WILL BE REVIEWED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS BY THE EXECUTIVE, AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Initiation or Atom Girls registering for Jr. Girls must pay PeeWee Rate ($320.00)
- Payment in Full at Time of Registration by June 30th.
- 3 post-dated cheques in equal amounts dated for June 30th, July 31st and August 15th.
- Rep tryout fee cheque $60.00 (non-refundable).
- If you are trying out for a Rep team a $200.00 Rep Fees cheque post-dated to Sept 25, 2010. If and when you are rostered to the Rep team it will be cashed or returned.
If the player is trying out for a rep team, please include an additional $60.00 tryout fee with the first payment. This fee is non-refundable. Players trying out for the Rep teams must be registered by June 30th in order to attend the first ice time during the first week of September.
Refund Policy: Division Registration less $45.00 insurance fee only until October 15th; after October 15th Division registration, less $45.00 insurance fee $25.00 Special Event fee and $50.00 per month played. No refunds will be given after December 20, 2010.
All registration forms will be mailed or can be downloaded below. If you have not received a 2010 – 2011 Registration form by June 1st, they may be picked from the Merritt Minor Hockey Office located in the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena or downloaded from the following link: merrittminorhockey.com
