MMHA Annual General Meeting
Merritt Minor Hockey will be hosting our AGM Monday, May 30th, 2022. It will be begin at 7:00 pm & take place at the Civic Centre.
Special Resolutions
Special Resolution #1: Repeal the Constitution (filed October 15, 2018) in its entirety and replace it with the attached Constitution (amended May 30, 2022), with the watermark “DRAFT” removed.
Special Resolution #2: Repeal the Bylaws (filed October 15, 2018) in its entirety and replace it with the attached Bylaws (amended May 30, 2022), with the watermark “DRAFT” removed.
